I think the dynamic in the department really can be summed up in one word and that is cooperation. The engineers cooperate with each other, share experiences, share creative ways to do things and I think that is one of the most enjoyable things about working in the department is just working with the engineers who enjoy what they're doing and like to share with the other people in the group.
